After decades of working with the body through Pilates, fascia therapy, and somatic education — and walking through the fire of covert narcissistic abuse, divorce, and identity loss — I realized something:

Healing doesn’t happen just because you understand what happened.

That’s why I created Motion of Emotion™ — an 8-week somatic recalibration program that uses movement, sound, color, breath, and frequency to rewire trauma loops, reclaim your nervous system, and restore your God-given design.
