My love for Pilates started when I was looking for a way to stay active without feeling like I was burning out all of my energy. Within a week of doing Pilates, it taught me that it's more than just movements - it kept me consistent, grounded and always progressing after each session. Something that started as a way to stay active became a strong passion after I got surgery to remove multiple Fibroids. My recovery time was quicker than average because of how I built my core and mental strength through Pilates. Pilates has continuously helped me not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. My goal as an instructor is to support, guide and empower you through your fitness journey in all ways.
