It’s an innovative, energizing combination of Yoga, Pilates and dance moves put together by Peak Pilates Certified Instructor and Good Space owner Melody Morton – who swears you’ll feel like you’ve been run over by a truck after your first session, but in a good way!
Morton’s spinning tunes covering everything from the Rolling Stones to what she calls ‘sexy Indian rhythms’. Throughout the 60-minute Stretch and Movement class, she pushes participants to strut their stuff on an imaginary catwalk (Morton used to model in L.A.) and to connect to their inner energy.
