Our Classes

 

  • Begin at the beginning, with an introduction that gives you the freedom to focus on alignment of your body and mind. Learn the basics - including how to get on and off the reformer, the spring set up, reformer set up, and transitions. Care is taken to show you how to set up the reformer in the correct gear for your body.

    Experience the movement system as a beginner while in a small group setting designed with your specific needs in mind. You will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability while preparing for more advanced classes. We recommend attending a min of 8 Beginner or Level 1 Classes before advancing to level 2 or 3. Space is limited to 7 students to allow our instructor to correct and modify for all fitness levels and ages.

  • Build on your Beginner Level class experience in this course which adds choreography, flow and exercise complexity. Level 1 and 2 is a classical flow class which incorporates inversions such as short spine massage, corkscrew, tendon stretch, semi-circle and moving the spine in complex directions with choreography. Some variations and high reps may be added to the classical order to keep you on your toes if you know the classical order already. You’ll love how this class challenges you and deepens the benefits of Pilates in your life.

  • Advance your Classical practice with this Intermediate to Advanced Reformer class. Amazing things happen when you focus your body, mind, and breath and allow goodness to flow into your practice through this class. You will be taught flow and knowing set up and order is a plus for success. Knowledge of pilates verbiage, transitions and sequences is required.

  • Instructors create their own choreography for challenge and flow in these classes, open to all levels. Experience the benefits of Pilates in a vibrant, energetic new way. Expect high reps with either classical order or no order other than a focus on body parts. Classes are taught on all and any of the equipment: Tower, Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector and Reformer. You’ll be challenged and pleasantly surprised, but never bored.

  • In a fusion of both Classical and Contemporary class styles, instructors create their own choreography for challenge and flow in these classes. This is the best of both styles, designed to give you an experience like no other. Open to all levels. Expect high reps with classical order and on any of the equipment: Tower, Chair, Barrel, Spine Corrector and Reformer.

  • For advanced clients only who know the classical order, please consult the Front desk or Instructor before signing up. This is an Intermediate & Advanced Reformer class. Knowledge of pilates verbiage, transitions and sequences is required. The Class is taught to flow, knowing set up and order is a plus here.

  • Challenge your core stability with classical mat moves integrated with and on the Tower. Improve flexibility, help develop control and endurance for the entire body - and build confidence you can take back into your everyday life. We focus on targeted muscle groups by initiating from our Powerhouse (inner thighs, abdominal and glutes). This class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates, technique enhancement, movements with transitions, and increasing strength by building resistance during movements. Socks required. Reservation Required.

  • With classical mat moves integrated with and on the Tower, this class will challenge your core stability, improve flexibility, and help develop control and endurance for your entire body. We focus on targeted muscle groups by initiating from our Powerhouse (inner thighs, abdominal and glutes.) This class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates, technique enhancement, movements with transitions, and increasing strength by building resistance during movements. Socks required.   • Summer is just around the corner. Shape up and build confidence with a class focused on those pesky places we all have to reveal in a swimsuit - the back of arms, tush and inner thighs. All welcome, open level, beginners can enjoy this class as well. With a positive attitude and a little effort, you can shine in the sun this summer!

 

  • This low impact hour is excellent for beginners and Level 1 students who are just beginning Pilates. Class can be taught with the Pilatestick or on the Pilates Tower. Offering a resistance type work-out, in this class we worry about lengthening and strengthening muscles. We make it fun with lots of variations using weights, bands and discs.

  • Jump Board is a fun, safe way to get your heart rate up! Join us for a variety of fun moves on our awesome reformers including (but not exclusive to) ballet jumps and imitation mogul jumps. Not for beginners, some pilates experience is advised. The Jump Board is a moving twist on the classical reformer. You will sweat! You will laugh! You will feel amazing!

  • More than just the Reformer! Pilates Circuit moves you through the full scope of pilates equipment. Experience a work out on each piece of equipment in this class from the Tower, Chair, and Jump Board to theReformer. There’s something for even the most experienced Pilates student in this class. Prior Pilates experience is recommended before taking this class but not required.

  • Not for beginners, this fast paced, high intensity, body-toning workout focuses on high reps to target specific areas - glutes, abs, arms and legs. There are elements of classical reformer but with a twist that includes tower and chair. This circuit class can include the cardio and endurance training you need to make it a total full-body workout. Want to get amazing results? Join us!

  • Build on your HIP experience and take it to the next level with this fast paced, high intensity body-toning workout. This class is for more experienced clients who have had a min of 10 to 20 HIP classes. We focus on high reps designed to target specific areas - glutes, abs, arms and legs. There are elements of classical reformer but with the added twist of work on the tower and chair. This high-intensity circuit class combines cardio and endurance training to create the total full-body workout you crave!
