| Pre-requisites |
- A recognized qualification in anatomy & kinesiology either through a fitness certification or other course is highly recommended (but not required)
- Highly recommended at least 20 hours Pilates training including Classical Mat* or Peak Introductory Course
- Completed Registration and Peak approval
- CPR/Current First Aid Certificate or International Equivalent

- Successful completion of PPS I plus 145 logged pre-requisite hours (broken into 60 hours of personal practice and 85 hours of teaching) Note: A minimum of 3 months is suggested to complete pre-requisite logged hours
